RESOLUTION OF “THE HISTORICAL LITIGATION CAMEROON – FRANCE”, BASIS OF AN IMPENDING AND AN UNAVOIDABLE FREEDOM!
While finally and hopefully anticipating the long-awaited opening of the archives announced respectively by the French Presidents François Hollande, (07 years ago) and Emmanuel Macron (this year), during their visits to Cameroon, we have decided to start a series of Publications (with references), on the roots, the history and the pernicious manifestations of the Cameroon-France Historical Litigation.
It must be carefully recognized that these archives will hardly abound on this painful and ignominious subject. Since a crime is never perfect, we have, thank God, quite a lot of our own other material to source from, because if we have to count on the ‘benevolence’ of France in this regard, we risk rooting on one spot as we await these archives, anticipated to come with some really strong foul odors.
Our website will be the culmination of more than 40 years of research on the abuses of France in Cameroon. Essentially devoted to Cameroon-France Historical Litigation, this site is at the onset of its cruising speed in order to allow the sharing of archives that are also in our possession, for the resolution of this abominable scandal.
To do this, and in order to facilitate a proper understanding of facts, we are presenting this Litigation in several phases:
- the first phase, which goes from the Anglo-French presence in our country up until the end of the Second World War, one of the most important points of which is August 27, 1940
- the second phase, which goes from the end of the Second World War until today.
We have chosen this week to start with some aspects of the Cameroon-France Historical Litigation of the first phase related to August 27, 1940 and four elements of the second phase, the banning of the UPC after the May 1955 massacres, the law framework of 1956 -1957 and the assassination of Ruben UM NYOBE..
