The Patriotic Alliance Charter
The Patriotic Alliance is a network movement with two principal objectives.

To put an end to the bloodshed in the South-West and in the North-West Regions of our country. For
this to succeed, we must bring the Head of State to realize that the only acceptable and plausible
option is to immediately and unconditionally stop and without delay the ongoing war he has officially
declared against the people of the above regions. In doing so, he will gain in both grandeur and
prestige; in fact, to persist in his current line of thought is not even an option.

To immediately initiate an Inclusive National Dialogue (IND) open to all national political, economic
and social forces, including the militants currently waging the crusade for an independent
“Ambazonia”.

The 3 main missions of the IND will be as follows;

To define and lay an institutional framework in view of creating a firm foundation for national social
cohesion, unity as well as national sovereignty integrity.

To define the procedures for the creation of a Constituent Assembly in charge of drafting new
fundamental laws of the land (constitution) and then to convene that Constituent Assembly.

To name a transitional government in charge of ensuring the continuity of State until the new
institutions become operational.

The achievement of both goals will become a sealed commitment of the strong ties linking
membership to that of the Patriotic Alliance.

The membership to the Patriotic Alliance is opened to any Cameroonian citizen as well as to any
national organization in the domains of politics, economic, social, associative or consular affairs…. All
participating individuals or organizations will enjoy total freedom of action regarding the
organization of events and the drafting of reports etc, in so far as such events and reports contribute
positively to the main and global objectives of the Patriotic Alliance.
Individual or collective actions can be promoted in within the confines of their geographic locations
(of territory), in within the professional realm of their respective organizations (be their political
party affiliations, varied associations, companies, universities and educational institutions);
functionally (by traversal actions); or any other thematic actions on any other specific field that bears
directly with the goals and objectives of the Alliance. An example will be in the case of any
constructive and intellectual debates performed to advance the Alliance agenda. On a given territory,
different individuals or collective initiatives can fuse together in view of obtaining more plausible
outcomes. Any particular member is free to either create an action group or join an already existing
one.
The Coordination of the Patriotic Alliance: The Patriotic Alliance brings all its members together. The
National Coordination of the Patriotic Alliance is currently led by an operational team coordinated by
the founders of the Movement. The operational team will grow with time while constantly asserting,
forging, and recruiting the new skills required in varied domains so coordination, development and
the mobilization of membership can be maximized. Coordination and operations will take place in
several ways. One of the key methods will be by way of social media and the internet by all potential
inter-city and grass root network members, all of whom will constitute the core base of the on-the-
field promotion machinery. The platforms will be fed by testimonials, event announcements, field
and progress reports, diagnosing positives and pitfalls through experience as well as other relevant
information and guidelines deemed necessary for the overall success of the Patriotic Alliance
Program.
